Summary: Installs, configures, and maintains a variety of computer equipment including computer workstations, printers, laptop computers, PDAs, etc. Performs advanced troubleshooting to determine source and nature of technology hardware malfunction(s) using diagnostic tools/applications and develops timely resolution(s) to minimize user downtime.
Qualifications: 2-year/Associate''s Degree and A
Certification preferred. 1-3 years of experience required. VMWare experience preferred. Must have high level of confidentiality.
OSHA Category: Rare exposure to risk of bloodborne diseases (Category II). Rare exposure to risk regarding chemical hazards (Category B).
Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing, sitting, and walking and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
