In this role you will perform
accounting
functions in a Manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the accuracy of all liability accounts, preparation and analysis of all accruals, monthly account reconciliations and statement line analysis, issue monthly reports.
Principal Responsibilities
Perform all vendor payment processes, including investigation, follow-up, and timely resolution of posting and payment issues.
Ensure accounts payable and liabilities are properly accounted for within the correct period.
Generate and issue periodic reports, including blocked invoices, purchase order progress reports, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
Perform month end close processes for all liability accounts
Prepare and post monthly and quarterly journal entries.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and statement line analysis consistent with GAAP and within allowable time frame resolving open items timely.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2+year experience
Detailed Oriented
Strong Skills in Accuracy
Ability to understand and apply U.S. GAAP and IFRS
Well organized and good communication skills.
