and department - Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings - Complete expense reports - Draft and edit memos and other correspondence - Participate in maintaining database information. - Complete PO requisitions for payment of invoices, etc. for the department - Approve time and expenses for employees What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Five (5) years of experience in similar role. - Experience in Electronic Timekeeping system, such as Kronos - Strong MS Office skills Bonus Points! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
