Are you a skilled technician with experience in maintaining high-quality production standards? We're looking for a Technical Associate to join our team and operate state-of-the-art equipmentAs a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, minimizing equipment downtime and waste levels, and ensuring accurate functioning of equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operate, optimize, and maintain assigned production equipmentMeet and exceed production standards while maintaining product qualityMinimize and prevent equipment downtime and sustain budgeted waste levelsMaintain accurate equipment logs and record downtime and maintenance problemsPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentStart up equipment and ensure accurate functioningMonitor component inventories and safety guardsMaintain a neat and orderly production environmentMonitor in-process quality and address issues as neededPerform required Q.
Cchecks and process challengesFollow safety and environmental procedures and Quality System RequirementsSupport upstream and downstream operationsPerform rework as requiredWork optimally in a team environmentPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:

D preferredMinimum of 2 years experience working in an automated environment with demonstrated mechanical skills/maintenance repair is requiredProficient with basic hand toolsKnowledge of automated processProficient with mechanical components such as bushings, chain drives, conveyors, gearboxes, and ball valvesProficient with electrical components such as photo-eyes, scales, reed switches, VFD'sWorking with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Hydraulics, and Pneumatics desiredAble to work autonomously and be self-motivatedAble to work any shift, including 12-hour night or 8-hour night shiftsMust have clear and legible handwritingIf you're ready to work with pioneering equipment and maintain high-quality production standards, apply for the Technical Associate position today!For certain roles, employment is contingent upon the Company's receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19In some locations, testing for COVID-19 may be available and/or requiredConsistent with the company's Workplace Accommodations Policy, requests for accommodation will be considered pursuant to applicable law.
